RCIC-Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant

Cintia Álvarez, Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB).

Flowerpot Island, Tobermory, Ontario, Canada.

Hello!

My name is Cintia Álvarez. I am a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

I assist individuals, families, and employers who wish to apply for a Canadian visa, work permit, study permit, or permanent residence by providing strategic advice and representation in accordance with Canadian immigration law.

As an immigrant in Canada, I understand what it’s like to make important immigration decisions amid uncertainty and a lack of clarity. That experience led me to pursue my professional training at Queen’s University and obtain my license as an immigration consultant.

My approach goes beyond simply filling out forms: I analyze your situation, your goals, and the risks involved in your case to help you make informed immigration decisions.

Why did I choose to specialize in Canadian immigration?

I experienced firsthand what it means to immigrate to Canada. First as a student and later, while going through the process of obtaining permanent residence, I prepared my own applications and discovered that the process can be challenging, confusing, and fraught with conflicting information. That experience helped me understand the importance of having ethical, professional advice grounded in Canadian immigration law.

Inspired by that experience, I decided to study Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen's University. After graduating, I passed the licensing exam and obtained my license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), authorized to provide immigration advice and representation before Canadian authorities.

Today, I enjoy analyzing cases, developing strategies, and supporting individuals, families, and employers who wish to visit, study, work, or settle in Canada. I am committed to providing honest, responsible advice based on current legislation, so that every client can make informed decisions and navigate the immigration process with greater confidence and peace of mind.
